Our Founder

Ian has worked in the energy managment and recruitment sectors since 2001, helping to grow several successful businesses that have led to market exits. He now leads the Mindful Energy group of companies, which includes Mindful Recruits.

Passionate about conscious well-being, Ian has authored Man versus Anxiety: The Fight/Flight of the Century, where he shares his personal journey through anxiety and depression, offering insights into how he overcame these challenges.

Bringing together his two passions—mindfulness and business—Ian’s vision is to contribute to a more conscious and sustainable world by fostering greater awareness and resilience in the workplace.
